- Ability to conduct computer generated nutritional analysis
- Ability to generate regulatory compliant labels for printing including standard of identity, net weights, serving sizes, barcodes and allergens
- Ensure nutrition and labeling information is updated and accurate
- Ensure compliance with unique ingredient requirements
- Answer technical nutrition and labeling questions for sales, operations, and customers
- Audit of plant labeling procedures and practices to ensure compliance with government regulations are being followed.
